Abstract
This project dealt with the effect of administrative control on the executive in Imo State (A case study of Imo Civil Service). Chapter one is discussed in detail, the background of the study, significance of the study, statement of the study, research question, objectives of the study, definition of terms. In chapter two the research dealt with literature review, under which one way and the other gave useful suggestions to the research problem. In chapter three dealt with the research design, population and sample size, sampling techniques, validity and reliability of measuring instruments and method of data analysis. Chapter four treated the presentation and analysis of data, finally, in chapter five the researcher made his summary, conclusion and recommendations to the establishment of the topic
