Abstract
The research intended to explore the contribution and role played by the institution of Accounting and Control System in the Public Organization as a will to the Economic Development, Focus section, how government accounting system is being applied in the government organization. Emphasis is also laid on how effective and efficient government accounting is, the desired objective, also gives attention on the objectives, significance, scope, limitation as well as the statement of the problem in government accounting. Finally, the research work discusses the various sources of data collection, ranging from primary to secondary sources, its analysis, and summary of findings, conclusion and recommendations.
