Abstract
This project work explores and analyzes the Assessment of Cash Management in Small Scale business organization. In attaining productivity, operational efficiency and the entrepreneurship in small scale business organization and it also discuss the effect of cash flow and budget as a tool or principle for managerial efficiency. Attempts have been made to examine cash flow and managerial control. Its benefit and element of feasibility in Nigeria business organization. The method of data collected was through secondary and primary respectively and the sources of data collection were questionnaire designed and from an interview conducted. The researcher discovers that the motivating factor for the adoption of cash management in small scale business organization appears to be noted intangible economic gains and it recommended that fund should be expended and reinvested only in the reasonable venture.
