Computerization of medical records and diagnosis

Description

Abstract Today, continuous efforts are made to see that reliable and economical database system is designed to satisfy medical records and diagnosis. The methods of medical management system have continued to pose a lot of setbacks and problems to medical practitioner, nurses, patients and other staffs in both government and private hospital. But in this project which I have embarked on, it explains certain issues as background of study, scope of study, objective of study, limitations and definition of some terms. This study also tells the method of data collection, problems of the existing system, system design, requirements and hardware issues concerned. This study also gives recommendations on how best to approach the new system.
