Abstract The degree of excellence of an organization that renders services to customer such as micro-finance banks depends solely on the speed and accuracy with which the services are performed, which include information processing e.g. data entry, data listing, sorting of data, updating of data, etc. which are suited to computer talented personnel. Therefore, the acquisitions of this latest gadget in business goes a long way towards tutors. So most of the new micro-finance banks being established go straight into real-time computerization of their transactions. In conclusions, the reality of this project work is often described as distributed computing in real-time processing ie the computerization of real-time micro-finance banking operations, particularly in the area of accounting.
