Abstract

This project looks at Human relation qualities expected of student office managers in tertiary institutions. Major motive of this study is to examine the challenges of technological innovation on the productivity of office managers in modern business organizations. In order to carry out this study, research questions were raised. Questionnaires were drawn out of the research questions. Percentage and mean scores were used to analyze the data collected. From the data collected and analysis, it was discovered that office managers were faced with challenges of lack of proper maintenance office equipment and non-availability of computer accessories. The causes include high cost of modern equipment, non-acquisition of adequate skill etc. it is recommended that officer managers should be retained, modern equipment should be made available for the training of office managers.
