Abstract

This project writing is on the impact of billboard advertising on sales of selected detergent in Aba metropolis Abia state. The aim of the study is to ensure frequent and repeated exposure to the advertisement, it also offers a high degree of vocational flexibility. To appraise the use of billboards by advertising firms on Eva detergent products. To identify the defect or otherwise in the corrective use of billboard by Eva firms as a medium of advertising. The population of the study was 400 while the sample size is 200. Descriptive research design was used in carrying out a sample survey. Primary and secondary data were also used in data collection through the use of structure questionnaire data were analysis using tables’ percentages and chi-square (x2). The result of the testing shows that there is a significance and relationship between the billboard advertising and marketing of the selected products it also revealed that a company can achieve its objective by adopting the various promotions tools in billboard the importance billboard process and its concepts were also highlighted. The study concluded that survey customers and staff of the company feedback had an effective impact on the sales of detergent in the company.
