Abstract
This research is on Impact of financial information on the profitability of business organization in Nigeria. Inaccurate reports can lead you to make bad decisions or make your company look less valuable than it is and thus the study was motivated. The aim of this study is to critically examine the financial reports of the selected company and to probe into the fundamentals for their preparation as well as its presentation. The study explicated the impact of financial information on an organization’s growth. Using the method of the regression analysis, various models were fitted based on the financial information available to Guinness Nigeria Plc. The result of the study indicated that the availability and empirical use of available financial information available to organizations are effective in periodically evaluating organization performance and thus gives way for improvement.
