Abstract
This study examines the implementation of green supply chain management practices in the electrical and electronic industry and its impacts on organizational performance using Ibadan electricity distribution company. The first chapter is based on the introduction, chapter two expatiate on the review of related literature, chapter three talk about the research design. Chapter four, explains the data presentation and Analysis. While chapter five is the conclusion. Random sampling technique is used to select 85% of the total population of 104. The sample of this study, therefore, is 82. The target population for the study consists of (82) staff of the National service corps (NYSC), Kogi state.
