This research is on The impact of internet utilization on office technology and management students academic performance in the polytechnic.
This research work is an academic attempt to study and analyze the impact of internet utilization on office technology and management students in the polytechnic, the purpose of the study was to ascertain the level of utilization of internet facilities by office technology and management students in the polytechnic and to find out the impact of the internet on the office technology and management students and also to verify the importance of GSM on the performance of OTM students in the polytechnic. The data was collected through questionnaires which was presented in straightforward and unambiguous languages. 33 questionnaires were used to analyze the data. Some of the analysis of the data collected revealed the following internet facilities provide OTM students access to information knowledge and education, it enhances the increased ability to communicate, and the internet application also enhances business transaction provided initiatives and innovativeness on the office technology and management students. It was recommended among others that students of office technology and management should have access to the internet usually and excessing among themselves.
