Abstract

Banks products have been in recent times, several an designed by banks to improve on the quality of services ensure quality of services they are providing operation work looked into the implication of electronic banking and operations in the growth are providing to their esteemed customer, as well as ensure quality operations of banks in Nigeria with case study of Fidelity Bank and Access Bank. The researcher has set his mind in addressing the problems, risk, and challenges facing Electronic Banking and operations of banks. This work identifies and reveals the contributions of Electronic Banking in the growth and development of Banks and the economy at large. The study makes use of questionnaires distributed among selected Staff of the sample study, the researcher also reviewed literature of previous research work on the subject matter. The responses where analyzed using appropriate statistical tools such as tables, simple percentages, etc. the responses that are relevant to the hypothesis were tested using chi-square distribution test significance. The researcher recommends that banks should improve on their public relations this is intended to build goodwill outside the environment and also to maintain a cordial relationship with customers and the general public at large. This will enable the public to appreciate the implication of electronic Banking and as such embraceĀ
