This research was designed to determine the presence of vitamin compositions of aqueous and ethanol leaf extract of Rauvolfia vomitoria. The leaves of Rauvolfia vomitoria were obtained from Ngor Okpala, Imo state, and extracted using aqueous and ethanol standard extraction method. The result of vitamin composition showed that Aqueous and Ethanol leaf extract of Rauvolfia vomitoria contains vitamins B1 (0.27±0.01 and 0.20±0.01 respectively), B2 (1.80±0.08 and 1.43±0.03 respectively), B3 (0.84±0.03 and 0.81±0.02 respectively), C (1.60±0.06 and 1.23±0.02 respectively), and A (1.40±0.04 and 1.23±0.02 respectively). The results from this research showed that the aqueous leaf extract had very high concentrations of vitamins when compared to the ethanol leaf extract.
