Description
This work examines the financial management and debt control in public enterprise. Finance is the bedrock upon which the foundation of any organization is built. It is the lifeblood of any business organization such that prudent management ensures the survival and continuity of the organization. For an organization to survive, its finances have to be adequately managed by all financial management and debt which the organization in cures adequately monitored order not to cripple the organization. Many business enterprises have failed because of poor funds management. The findings in chapter four revealed that public enterprises apply various financial management tools in their financial management in order to achieve financial management objectives.
