Abstract
This research topic “A critical analysis of the effects of electronic finance and electronic banking in Niger” has show the contributory role of electronics banking to the high incidence of banks in our country Nigeria. The total dependency on the technology of computer as it is in the case with electronic fund transfer posses a problem, the failure of computer could constitute a disaster. However, all banks on the other hand see it as a means of improving their transactions and keeping necessary data for customers. In the process of this researcher, the researcher wills analysis the effects of electronic finance in the financial institution. Further more this work will be discussed based on five chapters, chapter one will focus on the background, of the study, objectives of the study, significance and statement of hypothesis, the scope of study and the limitation of study. Chapter two will consider the review of other scholars and authors on the subject matter, and other conceptual issues in electronic banking. Chapter three will focus on the research method and data collection, while presentation and analysis of data will be under chapter four. Chapter five will contain the summary, conclusion and recommendation on the topic
