Abstract
This project is on Management of institutional housing estate. It has been shown that institutional properties like staff quarters. Students hotels, among others, are always not properly managed. This has a direct effect on the life span of the building it is, therefore, the aim of this dissertation to analysis how institutional properties are being managed, to combat the various problems confronting the management of the institutional property. An institutional property is a type of property eligible for special treatment within package policies. This can include religious or charitable organizations, hospital, and educational institutions. From the studies carried out, it was discovered that adequate funds are a major obstacle in the management implementation inadequate amount of money was budgeted to management and if the money is not utilized at the right time, then one may be tempted to say that it as good as not selling aside from the money all.
