Abstract This project work is intended to identify the problems of pension administration and management of Nigeria railway corporation (NRC) for the living standard of every citizen. To improve the idea of investing on life after retirement is a vital and uncompromisable issue that needs the attention of study. The importance of adequate administration and management of pension scheme for the betterment of pensioner cannot be over emphasized because at creates confidence in the minds of pensioners inevitable retirement. The program was designed using visual basic 6.0 and Microsoft access database.
