Design and implementation of an online student registration portal

Abstract The design and implementation of an online portal registration in the process of nation-building should not be undermined. In view of this, there is a need to bring the situation under control to avoid a total collapse of the process. This project review that the proposed design and implementation of an online portal registration in National Open University of Nigeria, – Study Centre. Nevertheless, it has become vital for both the students and the information technology (IT) users to team up and make use of the system. Information concerning this work will be obtained through questionnaires, oral interview and observation. Based on this information, the researcher will be able to identify what kinds of design and implementation techniques used for the students” online registration in National Open University of Nigeria, – Study Centre,  State. It is expected that at the end all students will appreciate in registration, records etc in an online portal registration for the development of National Open University of Nigeria,  Study Centre and – State in general. To successfully carry out this study, the write-up is divided into five chapters. However, it is hoped that this research work will contribute in no small way towards solving the design and implementation of an online portal registration in National Open University of Nigeria, – Study Centre,  State.
