Among the objectives is to assess the knowledge of patients with CKD on quality of life, to evaluate the most affected domain of quality of life in patients with CKD, to find out the preferred treatment option in patients with CKD and to evaluate patients” level of satisfaction towards treatment options. Many medical and allied works of literature were reviewed to develop more facts for the project work. This research uses descriptive survey to sample 55 respondents in the study area. Questionnaire is the instrument used to gather and analyze the data, 55 questionnaires were distributed out of which 55 were retrieved. In conclusion, recommendations were made that Chronic Kidney Disease Associations/Clubs must be created at several locations and aided by the government where patients can discuss freely and be rehabilitated, as this will serve as support for them, medical treatment of chronic Kidney disease should be highly subsidized by the government if not entirely free to make it affordable and accessible for all, and it will be an important future direction to incorporate multiple reporters (e.g., spouse, child, and medical staff) that could be used to support the validity and reliability of the self-report for future studies..
