Abstract

This project is on the role of personnel turnover and organizational productivity, it examines various organizational stresses that impinge the growth and organizational productivity in Rocona Industries Limited. Owerri workers always complain of arbitrary dismissal, intimidations, unfair treatment, humiliation of any kind. These are the variables that prompted workers to leave the organization which invariably affects the productivity of the organization. Meanwhile, personnel turn over in an organization is a threat which left some organizations in a state of agony. However: the researcher came up with some communiqué that: • Rocana industries should re-appraise and reevaluate their present conditions of service with a view to improving on them • There should be industrial relations and joint consultations of workers so as to enable personnel manager to find out why his employee is feeling fairly bad etc.
