Abstract
This study sets its focal aim on the application of statistical quality control in improvement of informed decision making with emphasis on the Blessed bakery. This study however was to investigate the method and application of statistical quality control in the operation and production of bread in blessed bakery. The researcher examined the process with both control charts for variables and for attribute. The study via the review of literature revealed that statistical quality control is used to ensure control, maintenance and improvement in the quality of standard products. Based on the research findings, it believed that the accurate method of quality assurance in production helps the manager of an organization to spend less on losses and maximize profits and goodwill. Conclusively, the process control of any organization can be best attained via the use of statistical quality control procedure.
