In the course of the study. Data where gathered and analyzed which help the research make some finding and proper solution which if adopted will go to long way to addressed the problem of bureaucracy and service delivery in Nigeria public services. The research resorted to the use of questionnaires, oral interviews and direct observation. This instrument enables the researchers to obtain information used for. This study, the method of date analysis employment by the research is frequency percentage and statistics method where taken self help project three by accomplished rural development objective.
