Design and implementation of a computerized hospital laboratory information management system

Description

Abstract This project focuses on the computerization of hospital laboratory information management system (HLIMS). The main purpose of this project is to investigate and design a computer-based laboratory medical service, capable of eradicating the manual process and speeding up the processing, storing, and retrieval of laboratory information management system. The new system will improve access to hospital laboratory information through a central electronic information system. The system is built with visual basic 6.0 programming language and Microsoft Access to suit the ever dynamic needs of a hospital environment.
