Abstract

This research is on Design and implementation of a web-based SIM registration system. The aim of the project is to find alternative and lasting solutions to the problems zero recharge card. The problem that a leads to the developing of this system. The SIM card registration process which is done nationwide within the country has been so tedious, subscribers go to the registration points and line up in an unending line waiting for the time it will be his turn, some don’t get the opportunity of doing that same day and will have to return the following day to join the queue again. This has been an issue as some of this subscribes are businessmen that closed their shops because they want to revalidate their SIM due to the facts that some of the subscribers are disconnection already from the network. The solution to the problems is to develop a new system with the following advantages. A new system with a user friendly interface that has efficiency, use less time, for operation to ensure error eradication and accurate information. Include new feature to enable KYC agents see kit and SIM Registration status. To design the system PHP will be used to design the application why MySql will served as the blackened database.
