Abstract
This project looks at the Effect of working condition on the performance of a secretary in an organization. Descriptive research design was employed in this research work. The target population shall comprise all of the employees at Unilever Nigeria, plc, Aba. However, this research work made use of Primary data to collect information from the targeted population. The researcher recommends that promotion should be done in time as at when due. Workers get involved when they know that they could get to the top and manage various branches of the company. Promotional exercises should not be biased. The findings of this study made it clear that the survival of any organization depends on the quality of its human resources and workers could only bring out their best when working environment is conducive and when they are given the necessary tools to work with.
