Abstract
This project looks at the impact of personnel satisfaction on organizational growth and development. The productivity and efficiency of personnel depend upon a number of dynamic factors that range from personal factors to organizational policies. Descriptive research design was employed in this research work. This study focused on the use of primary data which was collected from the target sample. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Chapter Four is concerned with Data Presentation and Analysis. The findings show that extrinsic factors have a strong influence on employee job satisfaction. There was a 92.1% total cumulative agreement from respondents that their job satisfaction is influenced by extrinsic factors
