Abstract
This project looks at the Importance of human resources management in promoting employees’ performance. HRM units in organizations are typically responsible for a number of activities. Which include recruitment of employees, training and development performance appraisal and rewarding. This study thereby uses survey research design to evaluate the impact of modern office technology on the office manager as questionnaires were used to collect data from the respondents. The study thus recommends that the performance of basic human management function should be performed according to the basic principles and tenets of management. It is also recommended that people who would be recruited into management positions in any organization should be the people of vast knowledge and experience in the art of management and administration.
