Abstract
This research work focuses on the effect of inadequate human resources on the performance of government establishments. The aim is to determine the causes of this inadequacy of human resources, the effects of the inadequacy and what could be done to improve the human resources of government establishments. The research is an outcome of intensive research. In the cause of this research, the researcher was able to articulate the objective of the study, statement of the problem, the significance of the study and scope of the study in chapter one. Literature review and theoretical framework were carried out in chapter two, while chapter three treated the methodology, research design population of studying, instrument for data collection validity and reliability of instrument. Finally, the researcher made several findings, recommendations and conclusions. The researcher’s work is highly interesting and educative.
