Abstract
This project is on The impact of communication in organizational efficiency it was carried out in Owerri. Oral interviews and questionnaires developed by the researcher was the instrument for data collection. This study proved that the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization to coordinate its activity well depends on its level of the communication network. For the study to come to a reasonable point, data collected from primary and secondary sources were analyzed using rank order score. Three hundred and ninety staffs were selected as population sample from EEDC, Owerri Zonal Office, considering the above, the limitations of the study were examined, conclusion and recommendations were given based on the findings.
