Abstract

This project focuses on The impact of training on job performance of an organization. The research design used for this study is survey method. The population comprises of 10 workers from all the departments of polaris Bank Plc, Eruwa. The purpose of sampling method was used to select only the workers that was inform in modern office equipment in each department. Questionnaire was used as the instrument for data collection. The questionnaire was divided into two sections (Section A& B). The findings of this study made it clear that the whole concept or organization and how organization can work effectively and efficiently.  It also shows how organization received Record, Arrange, Giving out information and safeguard assets.  It also explains the type of organization that can performed this function and can operate modern office Equipment in the smooth running of an organization e.g. Polaris Bank.
