Abstract
This research work is on Design and construction of electronic scrolling message display board with back up battery. This report is aimed at explaining the Design and Construction of an electronic message display board. It enumerates why we need an electronic scrolling message display which is primarily for the passage of information across the staff, students and the public. It also includes the aim and objectives, advantages and disadvantages with a well-narrated literature review and timeline that relates to digital display and its current trends in digital world. Adequate coverage was given to the mode of operation, result and discussion on the project work including Conclusion, Recommendations for further study, Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) and Reference.
