Abstract
This project looks at A statistical analysis of coal production in Nigeria, a case study of Nigeria coal corporation from 2000-2009. This research work was gathered to determine the growth pattern in coal production at Nigeria coal cooperation Enugu, for the period under study. And this study is restricted to the coal production ( in tons) from 2000-2009 at the Nigeria coal cooperation Enugu which will reveal how well coal industry has done in terms of production and the future prospect. The measurement was in tons and the data were collected through the official record on production in the administrative office (production department) of the Nigeria coal production Enugu which was prepared and kept by. And to accomplish the research work the same data were used in estimating the component in time series..
