APPRAISAL OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ON PERSONNEL PROFICIENCY AND PERFORMANCE
Major stakeholder in the training industry must be disturbed by the current state of affairs in the industry in Nigeria. One does not need to consult an oracle to know that all is not well with this industry. The charlatan have taken over the field; parading themselves as training and development or management consultants. The professional bodies that should regulate and promote the practice of this discipline are either disarray or at best inactive.
