Abstract
This project looks at Design and construction of electronic capacitor meter. This capacitor meter is capable of testing the condition of a capacitor and its polarity, this design work is of importance to students for laboratory use. The casing of this project was made using wood which is locally available raw material. The device was powered by a 9volt nickel battery, it has an I.C (integrated circuit) at the heart of the circuit. This I.C contains three electronic components. The circuit has been tested for a long period and it was found to be satisfactory. This I.C contains three electronic components.
