Design and implementation of a computerized polytechnic consult system

Description

Abstract The use of computers over the years has given birth to amazing happenings around us and this includes automated information processing, dissemination and retrieval which is applicable to virtually all fields of life and this does not make The Federal Polytechnic Consult an exemption. In Federal Polytechnic Offa Consult, their daily activities are done manually that their day to day service is done without the use of computer and this tend to make this job stressful and information dissemination tend to tough and somewhat less effective this issues can be attributed to human intervention or human error which can make the services rendered by The Polytechnic Consult. For this reason, the need for an automated system becomes more important as this help to alleviate if not totally eliminate the challenges. This system was developed with PHP programming language as the front end and MySQL was used as the backend.
