Description
Abstract This project presents a new method of hiding data called steganography. This method allows audio files and image information to be encoded into another file that is indiscernible to prying third-parties. The problems with the existing data hiding techniques is that third parties can discover secret information and may decide to destroy it if they cannot decrypt it. There is also the problem of inefficient data protection mechanisms. This motivated the researcher to embark on this project to design a computerized system that attempts to solve some of this ineffectiveness. Structured system analysis and design methodology will be adopted during the analysis phase while C# programming language will be used to code the steganography application. When the new system is fully implemented Developers Lab Digital studio can store and transfer audio files securely from source to destination in the midst of third parties.
