Abstract The current trends for internal communication within an organization are the Electronic Memorandum (E-Memo). E- Memo, which is developed as a system to automate the entire process of lettering, including filing, refers to the varied computer machinery and software used to digitally create, collect, store, manipulate, and relay office information needed for accomplishing basic tasks. In the proposed system, the process is done online via PC, without the use of a piece of paper with other features that erases the need for the manual process. By implementing E- Memo, we can minimize paperwork when traveling outside the office, like E- Memo enables information to be accessed from anywhere with LAN or WLAN connection. The system is designed to enhance effective, timely and reliable communication of information within an organization. In conclusion, E-memorandum processing offers a very important requirement to enhance efficiency in various organizations considering the volume of activity functions carried out on daily basis and also provides a step towards achieving goals faster when being compared to the manual process of doing things. Data will be stored in an electronic form (digital) which will make searching or sorting of memos/file services faster and easier to locate and this feature will be very useful to the company or organization when it is undergoing an audition.
