Description
Abstract This project is to design an information system for crime incidence for the Nigeria Police Force to ensure prompt and accurate information and also to reduce the time taken to record and maintain crime records. The current information documentation and retrieval procedure posed a lot of problems. A computerized design was implemented to help in data management and in the dynamic planning process of documentation of crimes and criminal records. The research methodology used in this project research is the SSADM (Structured System Analysis and Design Method). The new system was designed using PHP programming language. This language was chosen because of its easy syntax and features for developing web based applications.
