Description
Abstract Lecture Evaluation and Monitoring System (LEMS) intend to monitor and evaluate lecturer performance during the semester. This information system intends to tackle the problem of poor lecturer attendance to their lectures. LEMS is a web-based application overseen and managed by Quality Assurance and Productivity unit (QAP), it mandates class representative chosen randomly by QAP to give update through their login area about lecture statue in terms of lectures held, postponed, canceled or absent lecturer, after which report is generated and evaluated statistically so that at a glance management can deduce performing and non-performing lecturers. Findings show that this system will to a great extent eliminate the difficulties faced by QAP. This system is of immense importance as any system that intends to maintain a form of standard, must time to time perform some sort of evaluation.
