Abstract
Harmattan season in Nigeria comes between November 16th and ends around March, 28th. It is verified that Harmattan is a weather that is characterized by strong cold wind that is blown/originated from Sahara Desert and spread over West Africa countries, in which Nigeria is among. Sometimes the Harmattan weather temperature is as low as -20C especially at around 1am in the far northern part of Nigeria. In this project, the parameter that compliments the Harmattan season were determined using the meteorological weather forecasting devices and studied in the Federal Polytechnic Offa Meteorological Station, these parameters include temperature, wind speed, pressure, humidity, precipitation, fog, ultra violet radiation (UV).
