This project focuses on Effect of poor leadership on workers performance in ministries in Nigeria. Poor leadership can numerously affect workers with regards to their performance because it plays a vital role especially in terms of productivity in an organization. The notion that poor-quality leadership has a negative effect on individual and organization is new. It is undoubtedly very common in the organization leaders are the life wire of every organization. They should maintain good leadership or acquire good knowledge of leadership skills to enable them to influence workers performance in order to achieve organizational goals. By so doing it will yield a good working relationship between the leaders and the workers. The researcher also recommended ways that will help leaders to improve on their functions so as to enhance worker performance and job satisfaction.
