Abstract

This research is on Effect of unpaid entitlement on employee performance in an organization – a case study of federal polytechnic Bida. The desire of most organizations in the world is to have a result-oriented and entitlement program is capable of providing efficiency and effectiveness through good system of paying entitlement to employees in organization such as the federal polytechnic Bida. This research work examines the effect of unpaid entitlement on employee performance in an organization as a means of enhancing organizational efficiency with a study of the federal polytechnic Bida. Data was collected and analyzed using relevant statistical tools for testing hypothesis. The study concluded that payment of entitlement of employee drive to satisfy a need and to stimulate people and bring out that natural drive to do a good job performance in federal polytechnic Bida.
