Abstract
This project report which is aimed at producing a layout and parcellation survey of a portion of housing area P in Owerri west L.G.A has five chapters. The introduction, data analysis, literature review, methodology and finally conclusions and recommendations. Chapter one is about the introduction where the background of the study was considered. The statement of the problem which led to the voice of the topic. The aim and objectives were discussed as well and the scope of the study. The second chapter deal with the literature review where previous works done on the same topic were relieved and lapses of any rectified. The third chapter is the methodology where various methods adopted for the acquisition of data were highlighted. Chapter four is the analysis of data obtained. Then employed in the analysis the data for results, the software employed were fully discussed. The last chapter summarizes the entire project work problems encountered and recommendation.
