Abstract
This research intends to highlight the role and duties of a secretary and to identify the skills possessed by a secretary that a computer operator does not have. To find out whether or not secretaries are relevant in the banking sector. If they are relevant, the research will intend to discover the extent to which secretaries are employed in the Bank. In the course of the study, the research will use some hypotheses to find out the extent to which secretaries are utilized in the banking sectors, what additional training a secretary needs to make him relevant in the bank and what is the advancement prospects for secretaries in the banking sector. .
