This project focuses on The causes of industrial conflict in private organizations. Conflict has become a very big concern for organizations. To take this conflict problem, the researcher picked up the topic“the causes and effect of industrial conflict in an organization” with specific focus on Globacom Nigeria Abuja Branch to achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire method of data collection in order to elicit relevant information from the study elements. From the data collected and analyzed, it was discovered that demand for improvement in the working condition leads to conflict in private organizations. Base on the above, it is recommended that management should negotiate with their workers at the appropriate time to avoid any strict action. This will help to a great extent in improving the situation by curbing the conflict problems and encouraging collective bargaining mechanisms.
