Abstract

This study is on the challenges of information and communication technology (ICT) equipment on the performance of an office manager in an organization. It aims at investigating the challenges of ICT facilities on the performance of office managers in an organization. Also, to identify the availability of ICT facilities in an organization. Questionnaire was administered to the respondents for the purpose of collecting data and analysis. The findings show that effective training in computer management enhances the performance in an organization. It was deduced that computer plays a significant role which is incomparable to other machines in an organization. It was recommended that institutions should be well automated by providing computers and other ICT facilities that are capable of handling voluminous data.  Conclusion and recommendations will also be made.
