Abstract

The study is directed toward the“Impact of socio-political conflict on the effectiveness of the civil services in Nigeria”. The study is divided into five chapters. In chapter one, the introduction, background of the study, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, research questions, significance of the study, scope of the study, limitation of the study and definition of terms were stated. In chapter two relevant literature on the impact of socio-political conflict were reviewed. In chapter three is the research design and methodology. Chapter four covers the presentation and analysis of data and interpretation of results while chapter five presents summary of findings, conclusion and recommendations.
