Abstract
This mass communication project focuses on The Impact of Welfare Scheme on the Motivation of Workers in Public Service using NTA Aba as a case study. The aim of this study is to examine the welfare scheme enjoyed by workers performance in NTA Aba also to determine the extent to which this welfare scheme motivate workers performance in NTA Aba. And the need for this study lies on the facts that the provision of staff welfare scheme will motivate the workers for greater performance toward efficiency and effectiveness, the two null hypotheses investigated in this research are “Ho” welfare scheme does not motivate workers performance in NTA Aba.
