Abstract This project work is aimed at computerizing drug inventory system. It is designed to use computer in collection of data and information computer in collection of data and information and drug management and control. The author embanked in this project work due to the manual method of inventory control and management to eliminate this problems the author uses interview, document examination and questionnaire for data collection, and top down design approach under agile software development life cycle was adopted for the design methodology. Visual basic 6.0 was chose for the programming and MS access for their inventory database management system. To this end, the project curs all the inherent problems, as effective and efficient computerized control system was finally designed. It is recommended that effective database security system and adoption of high qualified staff should be implemented.
