Abstract This project topic “Customer Relationship Management System” was carried out with a view to creating an application that will be used to keep, collect information of customers such as basic information, educational background, and service preference. The current process of customer relationship management is being operated manually and due to this procedure numerous problem are been encountered. A design was taken to computerized the manual process in order to check this problem.
