Abstract
The redemption of collected revenue funds into Federal, State and Local Government accounts, including consolidated revenue funds and all other sources of revenue generation, and authorization of expenditure. However, this topic“Empirical evidence of budgeting process in Local Government Administration is a deserved topic, budgeting as a financial plan measure in a quantitative term will be undertaken to meet the targeted goals. Perhaps this project work, chapter two literature review shall throw more light on this topic by reviewing various documents relating to the project work. Chapter three also deals with the methodology used by the researcher in which analysis and hypothesis shall be drawn. Chapter four analyze and deduce the facts drawn in chapter three, whereas chapter five summarizes the entire research work and conditions made based on the data and information gathered, recommendation shall be made on the way forward. .
